1. Nature of the product
All products sold on Pixel Academy are digital educational content — online courses consisting of video and text lessons, interactive labs, quizzes, and downloadable resources. There is no physical shipment of any kind.
2. How delivery works
- You complete payment on the course page through our payment partner.
- On successful payment, the course is instantly unlocked in your account.
- You are redirected to a confirmation page with your order ID and a "Go to course" button.
- A confirmation email is sent to the address associated with your account.
- You can access all modules, labs, quizzes, and your certificate (on completion) from your dashboard.
3. Delivery time
Expected delivery: immediate (within seconds of payment confirmation).
In very rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes if the payment gateway takes longer to confirm the transaction (for example, due to bank or network delays). If your course has not appeared in your dashboard within 30 minutes of payment, please see Section 5 below.
4. What you receive
- Lifetime access to all modules of the enrolled course on the device(s) where you are logged in
- Downloadable resources (PDFs, code samples, starter files) where provided
- Access to the Gini AI voice teacher for that course
- Interactive labs and quizzes
- A completion certificate (on passing the final assessment)
- Email confirmation with order ID for your records
5. Non-delivery or late delivery — what to do
If a course is not accessible within 30 minutes of payment:
- Refresh your dashboard — it may take a few seconds for the unlock to sync.
- Log out and log back in.
- Check your email (including spam folder) for the confirmation.
- If the course is still locked, email

with the subject "Non-Delivery — [Course Name]" and attach:
- Your order ID (from payment confirmation)
- Date and time of payment
- Amount paid
- Screenshot of the error, if any
We will resolve verified non-delivery cases within 2 business days, either by manually unlocking the course or, in rare cases where that isn't possible, by issuing a refund per the Refund Policy.
6. Device and compatibility requirements
Pixel Academy works on any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — latest two versions). A stable internet connection is required for first access; most content is then available offline via our PWA features.
Delivery issues caused by outdated browsers, ad-blockers that break essential scripts, or device-specific limitations are not covered under this policy. See our support page for help with technical issues.
7. Geographic availability
Pixel Academy courses are available to students globally. Payment currency is Indian Rupees (₹). International students may be charged by their bank in their local currency based on current exchange rates.
8. Account access & transfer
Courses are delivered to the account used for payment and cannot be transferred to a different account. Please ensure you are signed in with the correct email before paying.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
